Free Returns - Total satisfaction, hassle free

Take advantage of free returns from anywhere in Canada.

If you are not 100% satisfied you can return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All we ask is that you return items back to us in the original packaging and make sure the item is in the same condition you received them in.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for the US at the moment. Shipping is at the expense of the sender.

Please refer to our Warranty section for defect products.
Please note that all sales from "Clearance" are final and not eligible for returns.

To Return Online Purchases:

  1. The product must be unused, unopened and return must be made within 14 days.
  2. Access the "Orders History" section of your account.
  3. Select the order from which you want to return an item.
  4. Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
  5. Provide a detailed explanation for the return, in order for the shop team to better understand why you want to return the product and assist you properly.
  6. Access your account and see "My Merchandise Returns" and then "Return Slip" for the link to print your free return label.
  7. Pack and ship the product. Once we receive the item we will inspect it and proceed with the refund.
  8. You will receive status updates by email. You can log into your account to see the status of your return.

If you do not have an account:

Please send an email to support at lunchaporter dot com with the following information:

    Customer Name (the person who purchased the order);
    Order Reference Number;
    Order Date;
    Item being returned;
    Reason for return.

Once this information is received, you will be sent a return authorization number and a link to print your free return label. You will receive an email confirming your returned item has been received.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns without notification.
  • Shipping fees for purchases are non-refundable.
  • Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
  • All refunds will be made using the same transactional method as the payment.

Order cancellation

Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped and before you have received a shipping confirmation by email. You can verify your order's status online or by calling 1-866-576-5574. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by following the process outlined above.


If you would like to exchange your product for a different color or a different item, please do a return of your initial item as described above and make another purchase online.

Christmas gift exchanges

Christmas gift exchanges can be made in-store and online until January 7th.

All other products have the usual 14 day return/exchange policy.

After January 7th and until February 28th, returns/exchanges can be made online only.
