Free Returns* - Total satisfaction, hassle free

Take advantage of free returns from anywhere in Canada.

If you are not 100% satisfied you can return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All we ask is that you return items back to us in the original packaging and make sure the item is in the same condition you received them in.

If you have received the wrong item, please let us know at support@lunchaporter.com.

*Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for the US at the moment. Shipping is at the expense of the sender.

Please refer to our Warranty section for defect products.

To Return Online Purchases:

1. The product must be unused.
2. Send us a message at support@lunchaporter.com letting us know which product you are returning. Please provide us your name as it appears on the invoice (billing) and the reference number of your order. We will send you instructions to get a pre-paid return label.
3. Repack the merchandise in its original packaging. Please include the invoice (a copy is ok).
4. You will receive a the return authorization code and instructions by email.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from Canada Posts (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please note:

+ We do not accept returns without a receipt.
+ Shipping fees for purchases are non-refundable.
+ Returns totalling less than $15.00 are not accepted
+ In-store purchases can only be exchanged or refunded at our store.
+ Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
+ Store credits issued in-store may be redeemed at our retail location only, not online.

All refunds will be made using the same transactional method as the payment.

Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped and before you have received a shipping confirmation by email. You can verify your order's status online or by calling 1-866-576-5574. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by following the process outlined above.
