We have a boutique located in Old Montreal. Our address is:

355 rue Saint-Paul West, corner of Saint-Pierre, Square-Victoria metro. The store is just next to Olive & Gourmando, facing Espace Pépin.


We always try to ensure that the products we sell are built to last and every product is held to the highest standards for quality and food safety.

All products purchased at our store or through our website have 1 year warranty from date of purchase against any manufacturer's defects.

Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty or any problem that is caused by abuse or negligence.

If you have a warranty claim, please contact support@lunchaporter.com with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (If the item was ordered via our website please provide your order number)
  • Description of defect and details on when it was first noted
  • A photograph or video of item which illustrates the issue

The 1 year warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product or component.

Damage caused as a result of the following conditions is not classed as a manufacturing defect, and will not be covered by our warranty:

  • Damage caused by abuse or negligence
  • Standard wear and tear or colour fading
  • Staining caused by strongly coloured food/spices
  • Melting or warping caused by overheating
  • Products that have not been used or maintained in accordance with the Care Instructions
  • Product purchased via another seller

We do not accept liability for any items returned to us without prior authorization so please do not return products to us without contacting us first.

Please note that we don’t take responsibility for loss or damage in transit so please ensure the products are sent with a tracked service.

If you are not 100% satisfied you can return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All we ask is that you return items back to us in the original packaging and make sure the item is in the same condition you received them in.

If you have received the wrong item, please let us know at support@lunchaporter.com.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for the US at the moment. Shipping is at the expense of the sender.

Please refer to our Warranty section above for defect products.

To Return Online Purchases:

1. The product must be unused.
2. Send us a message at support@lunchaporter.com letting us know which product you are returning. Please provide us your name as it appears on the invoice (billing) and the reference number of your order. We will send you instructions to get a pre-paid return label.
3. Repack the merchandise in its original packaging. Please include the invoice (a copy is ok).
4. You will receive a the return authorization code and instructions by email.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from Canada Posts (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please note:

+ We do not accept returns without a receipt.
+ Shipping fees for purchases are non-refundable.
+ Returns totalling less than $10.00 are not accepted
+ In-store purchases can only be exchanged or refunded at our store.
+ Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
+ Store credits issued in-store may be redeemed at our retail location only, not online.

All refunds will be made using the same transactional method as the payment.

Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped and before you have received a shipping confirmation by email. You can verify your order's status online or by calling 1-866-576-5574. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by following the process outlined above.

Need a replacement part for your bento box? We might have it!

If a part of your bento box breaks of gets lost don't throw it  away! We have spare parts on hand for many of our products.

Just contact us at support@lunchaporter.com and let us know what you are missing. If we have it, we'll gladly offer you the replacement part at no charge. You can pick it up in-store or we can ship it to you*.
